I've received my refund from a transaction from Ebay. The problem was that I've paid for the item with my credit card and not paypal which was over 3 weeks ago. I've made the paypal account for the Ebay account to have the refund but i cannot access it since the history log is not present of the transaction since it was made before I made the payment. I did receive the refund by email from paypal but cannot access the funds. What do I do?
