Best you can do is file a complaint as item not as described. There no guarantee you will get your money back but, it's worth a try.

It seems that we also fell victim to the same scam by buying "FUGGS", Fake UGGS, online from a Chinese seller.
Did you ever get any resolution from PayPal or the Seller? Money Back or anything? Also, do you have the name of the Seller? We have his name and email but have yet to contact him until we know what our possible recourse may be. I know there must be thousands of Chinese sellers of UGGS so the chances it's the same seller would be slim. Please let us know if you can, much appreciated.

Interesting, very interesting! I also got a pair of Uggs from China, and had no idea they were fake because my reaction was, "Oh no! Have Uggs TOO been outsourced to China???!!!" It never occurred to me that they might be fake! Well, I doubt there is anything I can do about it now. I will certainly be more careful the next time I purchase a pair of Uggs. Sad, very sad!

I too ordered a pair of these fake UGGs. According to my credit card company the return process is also a scam. I was told that you can not return them via US postal service because once they leave the USA they are not able to be tracked by our postal system. This ends sadly with the company denying ever receiving the boots back which leaves them with your boots as well as your money. To send them back certified, ie. Fedex, the cost is $130 which to me is just not worth it to prove my point and make them return my money. My credit card company has agreed to pursue the dispute without my returning the boots. I do not know how this will go. The seller immediately quit selling the boots on ebay, which I am sure means they simply changed their seller name and are still scamming under another name and my bad rating for them is now meaningless. What a joke. You are not protected by paypal or ebay when you purchase from China. The way you can tell if your UGGs are fake are as follows:
- They may smell of die
- They may have poor stitching
- The soles may not be flexible
- They may not be oversized. UGGs run larger than regular so you need to buy a size down if they are legit.
