I'm curious as to how my situation will unfold.
I only had $20 in my paypal account but, purchased an item for $32.
Will the transaction take only the difference ($12) from my bank account or will leave the $20 in paypal and take the whole $32 from my bank account.
The other question is: what typically happens when I ordered an item that is out of stock?
Will the vendor wait to take the funds until the item comes in, or will the vendor notify me that the item is out of stock and provide me the opportunity to cancel my order?
