Out of curiosity, why does Ebay allow fake USB drive ads to stay up and why does pay pal collect payments for them? Isn't that fraud? Couldn't they wind up getting sued yet again for that?
Just about every single ad for USB flash drives above the 32gb capacity is fake.

So if pay pal and ebay get a listing for an item that retails at $400 and is selling as $28 then they can wash their hands of it because how should they know? Even when the manufaturer states no one is authorized to sell those items at 1400% less than they retail for?
So I can list a 2010 Ford Mustang GT for sale for $1,000 then send the buyer a matchbox replica and there's nothing ebay or pay pal can do about it?
So this is basically the best scam website out there since they protect scammers. Are there any books on which items I can list to scam people out of their hard-earned money better than others?

I already contacted both Kingston and Ebay and they both said they aren't getting involved and buyers should use common sense. So obviously it's okay with them if you sell fake merchandise.
I guess that's good, there are a few pet rocks in my back yard I might list eventually. I'll even name them Larry, Curly, and Moe for authenticity 🙂

Have you ever heard of USED items?
They could easily be mis-described as new and then sold.
ebay is not your Mommy - you have to use some common sense here.

I got scamed by a Chinese seller selling fake usb drives and now eBay wants me to send back the item for as much as I paid for the item. Watch people selling fake flash drives. eBay told me to late not to pay for the item. They removed the item and agree in my favior but want me to pay to ship it back. it will cost a minimum of 15.24 to ship back. I dont even think that includes a tracking info.
