Ok, here's the thing.
It's bad enough that paypal holds funds but they don't even released it on time. I've noticed that ever since I stop using paypal shipping labels to ship items to buyers, they are not releasing the fund when they should! According to paypal policy, funds will be released after 3 days of shipment confirmation or 21 days. In both case, I have to call them to release the fund!!
Also, is it me or is the price for shipping labels via paypal are VERY expensive compared to the post office?
A buyer from Germany bought my item and when I used paypal to print the shipping label, it says the shipping cost is $40. The item was not even 1lb. Anyways, I went to the post office and I only paid $5.95!! So therefore, I stop using paypal to print labels. And they are making me suffer for it by not releasing the fund quickly. I'm tired of having to call them everytime to get my money!! THey take their money hold mine!!
Also, everytme I called them it seems like it's always the same person-a guy with an idian accent! Is that the only person they have as the receptionist?
Something else irrevelent- but I think they need to hire REAL PEOPLE for chat instead of that annoying Ask Sarah. I need to be able to talk to a real person about my issues with paypal, NOT A COMPUTER!
