So i opened a dispute about a book I didn't receive after a month. I bumped it to a claim, and waited for the sellers response. Their response was "file tracking" "Tracking Number", which doesn't make any sense. I click the "download" button, and it goes nowhere. There is no way to download tracking info. WTF? Anyone know what's going on with this?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
