Delaying Reattempt of Backup Funds Transfer?

So this is kind of an odd question, but I really need help. Okay, I purchased several items on Amazon.com last week and believed they would all be charged to my Paypal Buyer Credit Card, but instead they were charged to my account directly and, because I didn't have enough money to cover the purchase cost my back up funding source was used. Problem is I had no money in that funding source either, because I was planning on using the credit. Well in total the items were in 13 groups, so 13 individiual payments were charged to my bank account. I originally thought that I would just pay the lump sum of what they came to, but that didn't happen unfortunately, so, since I had no money in my back up funding source, I was charged 13 consecutive $30 charges by that bank. I've thankfully managed to get a few of those charges overturned, but I stil have no money in my backup funding source, and then I got this email:
You recently attempted to transfer funds from your bank account.
Your bank has declined the funds transfer because your account did not have sufficient funds available. We will automatically re-attempt this transfer in 3 business days. Please fund your bank account immediately to ensure this transaction can be completed.
So my question is: is there a way to stop, or at least delay the automatic reattempt in 3 days? Because I still have to get money in my account to deal with the insufficient funds charges, and then I need enough money to cover what I've bought, but there's no way I can make $400 this weekend. I know as soon as they retry each item will be charged again and fail, and so I'll have another 13 $30 charges on top of the $150 I actually spent for the items (which I ironically could have gotten for one payment of $300 on eBay...)
Does anyone have any advice?

There is no way to stop or delay the automatic retry. Best thing to do is talk to your bank... maybe they can make some arrangements which will prevent additional NSF charges.
