I am having a real problem with PayPal delaying bank transfers. I truly believe they have a racket going on here. I think they do it to force you to use the ATM transfer since they charge a fee there and not on the bank transfer. I only get the delay's when I choose this option and not when I do an ATM transfer. I am a verified user. Has anyone else experienced this same issue?
