Can't pay for items...

Hi.

I am from Europe, but living in the U.S. I have a european credit card, and I cannot pay for anything online in online stores + ebay.

I created an American Paypal account and transfered the amount I needed to the account. I don't know how to use those money when I get to the payment process. The money is on my account, and not via. credit card.

Can you help me?
