Buy Now Button Issue

When customers click the Buy Now button on my page (http://lifecourse.org/Ralphs_Book.html) and are taken to PayPal, they cannot order more than one book at a time.  When they attempt to increase the quantity, the page goes weird, and they back out of their purchase.

I have used Apple's iWeb to create my page, and Cyber Duck to get the job done.

Thanks for posting a URL to web page.

First, you have some stuff mixed up.   You are using a Buy Now "hosted" item button.  As it stands now, your customers cannot change the quantity on the PayPal Screens.  This is by design.  In order to allow your customers to change the item quantity with a "hosted" Buy Now item button, note the following line in Step 3 of the button creation process:  Do you want to let your customer change order quantities?   You would select Yes.   All you have to do is go back to your PayPal Account, select Profile, under Selling Preferences, select My Saved Buttons.  Find you item button and click on Edit.  Go to Step 3, make the change and save.  As this is only change you need to make, there's no need to recopy the item button code.

Next, logout of your PayPal Account.  Delete your web browsers cookies, then close your browser, reopen it and retry your item button code.

As for my statement about having some stuff mixed up.  You have a View Cart item button on your web page.  As you are using a Buy Now item button, the View Cart code will always show an empty shopping cart.   View Cart code will only work with Add to Cart item buttons.    You need either to remove the View Cart button or replace your Buy Now item button with an Add to Cart item button.
