I used (PayPal didn't have the other option) Express International when I should have used Priority International to send tires to Canada. USPS sent the tires back to me and when I took them back I was told I had used the incorrect service. I paid for the correct service but they refused to refund me on the the Express International Lables because I paid from then through PayPal.
I called PayPal and agent said she will submit for review and if approved I would be refunded. "IF! She said. I told her to review the "Track" buttons, it says "Items returedn to sender...", so I should be refunded. She, of course, did care. The void button is no longer there because it had been over 24 hours.
This is over $300.00, please, help. How do I get refunded for those shipping labels.
Thanks!

This is a few months late, but I'm in the same boat as you.
I printed a worldwide express label on Paypal. and took the item to the post office 2 days later.
The post office refused to sent the item because it was dated two days earlier and "delivered" the item back to my house.
I called Paypal to obtain a refund and they said a request was being sent and I would get a refund 14 days later.
Todayy I received an email from paypal stating that after reviewing the request they chose to decline it as it appears that the label was used to send the item back to me.. ( seriously ??????)
I'm going to call Paypal today again, I was wondering what the outcome was for your case AkyKa

I kept calling PayPal until I got someone to submit it for review. I think it was my third call. Then, I called back to ensure it was submitted. It was but only one of the two labels, so the person I was speaking to then submitted the other one. I just kept calling and at the same time I was submitting online inquiries. At the 15th day I called and the person I got a hold off gave me the refund just like that. My labels said, "Items sent back to sender".
Be persistent and keep calling until you get someone who cares.
Good Luck!
