Payment not going through?

Hi,

I just tried to make my first purchase using PayPal, but everytime I try to do it, it says I can't.

It could be that my funds are in my bank account but not in my PayPal account.

I have the correct amount of money I need.

The purchase is made through Turtle Beach.

Can someone help me out?

Yes, My PayPal account is verified.

And also I just tried to apply for a PayPal debit card and it says my info is wrong???

I triple checked. It's right. Now I have to wait 30 days to try again.
