I made a purchase on Altrec.com and 3 days later the item was $11.00 cheaper. I contacted them and they said they would refund the money to my Paypal, this was 10 days ago. I know the Holidays can delay things, but was curious I haven't heard anything. Does this take the old 3-4 business days, too?
