received payment but its pending into my paypal

Hey, well I sold a computer screen today for 31 pound, the guy I sold it to has sent me the money And its saying pending so I can't transfer it into my bank for monday or I can't get to work Please can someone give me some information as I really need the money as I've not been paid for.7 weeks due to liquidation and starting a new job and I can't turn up due to having no funds to travel, because paypal dose this on the time I really couldn't do with it. Please help 🙂

Are you a new seller and does it say anything about a 21 day new seller hold?

Not really new I've sold roughly 11 items and brought 47. I sold a silver chain 4 days ago and no hold on that

Allso had ebay for around 2 years same as paypal

The new seller hold is normally for your first 100 selling transactions.

The time you have been on ebay and your buying history is not counted.

Can you answer the question I asked above? > When you click on pending does it say anything about a new seller 21 day hold.

no nothing at all. just says paypal has placed a temporary hold on the payment we wil contact you soon.

OK then it could just be a routine security payment review.

Normally takes a couple of days and i would not send the item yet.
