please help, im been ripped off

so i sold 2 playstation 4 gta5 accounts on ebay, and i sold them to someone in another country which is fine, but he is a knob. 

ive sent him both account details and passwords and let him have full control of the accounts as he paid me for them. 

he changed all the information which is normal so i no longer have access to them, but now he has opened a case on ebay to get his money back?

he is using them as they are both still active accounts and been online today, and just trying to get £130 back?

what can i do to stop this?

Not a lot really if they are virtual transactions, there is no seller protection for those sorts of sales, you can sell them but at your own risk.
