I sold an item on eBay, and then they asked me to take the transaction off of eBay and into Paypal. He emailed me, but too bad for me I always keep my email clean and delete it once I think I don't need them -- especially for this transaction since it's off eBay. Now he placed in a case for Non-delivery at first, then not as described. This person asked me to send it to I guess a different address his address on file. This guy seems to be a pro scammer and I guess he can easily edit or manipulate Paypal since I guess he's been doing it a long time already. My balance right now is in the negative. What should I do?

I suggest you don't break Ebay rules by advertising with them and then going off-Ebay to be paid.
Don't send to another address than the buyers paypal registered address or you will / have lost your seller protection.
Pay off your negative balance and if paypal find in your favour then the funds would be credited into it after the dispute ends.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
