payment pending - I gave wrong email HELP!!!!!!

Basically I had some trouble with hackers recently and so had to close an old email account, except things have got a little complicated.
My buyers (on ebay) have payed but it says payment pending - I did some research and saw that it said that it could be that my email was wrong (which very rightly it was!) and that they should cancel their payment and I should invoice them with the correct email - BUT HOW DO I DO THAT?! I can invoice/ send payment details but there is nothing on there about email addresses?
Please please help!!!! I have had so much trouble this weekend with technology it's untrue!!

Your buyers can only cancel their payments if there is a cancel button,. if the email addy was incorrect then it could have gone to a valid email addy and into someones elses account in which case i doubt the buyer will want to pay twice.
But if you are in luck and they can cancel it then reinvoice them
To send your customers professional invoices, just log in to your PayPal account, go to the Request Money tab, and click on the Create an Invoice subtab now.
Advice is voluntary.
