UNFAIR-BUYER PROTECTION

i sold a book for $600. it's highly collectible. i owned it, so it's technically "used". i put no returns on the auction because i needed the money for a bill... anyway, since it was a collectible, i took very awesome care of it.. almost mint condtion. the moment the buyer received it, she filed a claim with ebay saying it wasnt as described. pages torn, ripped, crumbled up, damages on the outside & inside, category wrong.... oh and that she received it damaged... wait a freakin minute! i wrapped it in bubble wrap. (the kind you use for glass bottles to ensure safety!!!!)  are you kidding me??!! ebay automatically picked the category for me, the edges of the cover were just a little wrinkled (hardly) and that's it. the pages were beautiful. the book even crackled like it does when you buy a new book. how about that? guess what?! paypal ruled in her favor!!!!!! she gets her refund and 10 days to ship it back!! i believe this is BS. i looked at all her purchases up to now, it is definetly buyer's remorse. why is it that ebay and paypal are not protecting us sellers??!!! im a new seller and i wanted to establish myself, so i humbly try to sell a few things so i can move back home, is that so much to ask for?! and i called to talk to someone and it did nothing for me. i know this book wont be in the same condition!!! i wouldnt be suprised if it wasnt the one i sent to begin with and it was one she had laying around or something!!!!! im seriously thinking about cancelling my accounts entirely!!!!!! what happened to NO returns and that's FINAL?!?! seriously. i just cant believe this outcome!!! we definetly need justification here!!!! buyers are not doing what's right at all and getting rewarded for it!!!!!!!!!!!!Smiley Mad

very unffair i think when you recieve a packet make a vdo from your mobile showing packet both addresses and open it on camera to keep evidence whats inside.

if its not what you sold them file a counter claim against buyer and you can show them, that vdo
