If you have sent a payment funded with your bank account and the payment has been refunded, we would place the funds on hold until they complete processing from your bank account. A bank funded payment takes between 5 and 7 working days to complete processing between your bank and the PayPal system.
When this payment has completed processing, we will credit the full amount of the transaction back to your PayPal balance. You can then withdraw the funds to your bank account if you wish or use it towards a future transaction on your account.
