TEMP HOLD REFUND (im the buyer)

I AM THE BUYER, i paid through paypal on 22/8/14 got refunded the same day as the item i bought was faulty and she didnt want to send it obvs.. but its been 10 days and still on temp hold!! its so annoying. how much longer will i have to wait? 😡😡😡

normally it takes about a week, if it does not clear by today give customer  services a call.
