hi i have a refund that's been on temporary hold for 5 days any idea when I will get it back

Hi

I had a buyer who had an item that went astray, I put the ammount requetsed by Paypal/ebay from my bank account into my paypal account , the buyer has asked me to refund her the cash, as far as i am concerned the money has gone from my bank account to my papypal account, what happens when something like this happens ?
