I have contacted Trading Standards and the Local Citizens Advice re this holding and pending payments crap that both Ebay and Paypal think is fine to do. In fact what they are doing is making interest whilst holding payments meant for us the people selling our goods. Ok so we are sometimes new to the selling game, I am not so new to it. I have a 100 percent feedback and still today they hold a new payment, though making sure they took their fees first, very sneeky don't you think. Well trust is a 2 way thing. I don't trust Paypal at all nor Ebay for that matter. So investigating if they are allowed really to withold these payments. How about the interest that is accrued whilst you held the payment, you give back to me. I might well need it to pay a bill, after all I don't sell things for a laugh, its because I needed the money in the first place. Pity there isnt a new way to receive payments without the use of these. greedy people.
