Hi, On Friday I purchased a paid of doc martens in the sale, but the payment is 'pending' weirdly, I can see the pending payment on my mobile app, but when I login using my phone browser, the payment doesn't appear at all. Bought directly from The website so not worried about it being a fake site... please help!
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment. If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
