Paypal Refund the buyer, but I haven't Received my product back...

So this case opened over a month ago. The customer complained that product was defective when I knew it wasn't because I checked before sending it. I handed over all info on the purchase, tracking no., manuals, invoices and everything and thought had the case in the bag.
Well turns out I lost and had to refund the buyer. That's understandable but I never got my product back. SO this guy took his money and my product and paypal did nothing...

Sorry to hear- when you go to the Resolution Centre of your account do you have the option to 'appeal' the decision?
Depending on what type of claim this was additional information can be requested from both parties. I would suggest clicking on the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of your PayPal account and calling PayPal directly, you can ask to speak to the disputes team who will be able to look into the specifics of this claim.
