Obvious scam. They were asking for payment in mexican pesos. They left a note to call a number, claiming it was paypal. These guys are literal parasites.

Paypal just sent me a money request from someone I do not know. The suspicious person wrote a note on the request "We have detected some suspicious activities with your PayPal account. If you did not make this transaction, please call us at toll free number (phone number) to cancel and claim a refund. If this is not the case, you will be charged $699. 99 today .Within the automated deduction of the amount, this transaction will reflect on PayPal activity after 24 hours. Our Service Hours: (06:00 am to 06:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday)." I have know idea who this person is, what company they represent, or any related transactions in that amount with them. How do I get paypal to cancel this request?

I received an email from paypal firebaseapp about possible fraud activity and thus limiting my account. There is a case ID in the email title. I accidentally clicked on the "View Account" tab on the email before closing out. I logged into to paypal via typing out the full address and did not see any case in resolution center, which the FAQ said would have one open if there was account limitations. I have just now changed my password and logged out of all apps/sites that Paypal is linked with. Is this a possible phishing scam? The email is pretty long and ends with firebaseapp.com

Buyer has an incorrect "confirmed" address on Paypal and I printed a paypal shipping label with UPS to that address. Since I didn't use UPS directly, I don't have this package in my history on UPS's site and can't intercept or change the label.

I received random Shipstation charge of $7.36 this morning at around 9:30AM EST. However, I did not make any label. I checked on Shipstation's site for all the labels and there is no label corresponding to that time and that price. I have already opened a dispute through Paypal. My question is has anyone else experienced this with Shipstation?

Recently lost the "Print Shipping Labels" option on my merchandise transactions. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Even previous transactions where I had already printed a shipping label before have lost the option to print and all tracking information related to that transaction

Did you send the money as Goods & Services? If so, you can file a nondelivery claim. If you sent as "friend & family", then you are out of luck.

So this case opened over a month ago. The customer complained that product was defective when I knew it wasn't because I checked before sending it. I handed over all info on the purchase, tracking no., manuals, invoices and everything and thought had the case in the bag. Well turns out I lost and had to refund the buyer. That's understandable but I never got my product back. SO this guy took his money and my product and paypal did nothing...
