Hi Guys I was wondering if someone could help. I am new to selling on Ebay. Its only my third item as as eller. But my funds have been put on hold agin so when i dispatched my item I made sure i got a tracking number to release my funds quicker. I tried entering in the tracking info but it just says sorry, blah ded blah de blah and wont accept it. Now I sent it via royal mail express48 and took the number from the receipt as suggested by the post office, so dont understand where i have gone ronge again.
Can anyone advise me what to do next
