Money not gone into account, correct email address on ebay and PayPal

Hi I have recently sold an item on ebay which is showing up as the buyer has paid for, however when I've gone to check payment in my PayPal account it isn't there just showing up as 0.00 and nothing is pending. I know there's an issue with email addresses not matching or being correct but I've checked again and again and they match perfectly fine with no errors or misspellings. What's happened to my money?0any one else had this issue its so stressful!

Where did you check the email address? In your my ebay or on your auction???

Try this first >>>

Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then it would have been wrong on your finished auctions so come back for more advice.

Secondly does the transaction show in your paypal account history? Is it in there but just not in your balance??

Have you had a paypal email to say the buyer paid??

Hi thanks for getting back to me! I've checked my email addy using that exact method and they match up perfectly fine. No transaction is showing up at all on my PayPal, no sign of it anywhere in my balance or pending. I have not received an email from PayPal to say buyer has paid but on eBay it is showing up as item paid for and the £ sign notification next to item is highlighted as in it has been paid. Highly grateful for you getting back to me, thank you X

When you hover the cursor over the £ sign then does it show as paid with paypal and the date or something else??
