Recently sold an item which was returned because was unhappy with the item. My Paypal was negative the money in question. So I topped back up from my bank account to make it zero. Now I am getting emails from Ebay saying I still need to pay this money back. My question is have I given the buyer the money back so now can ignore these emails? Or in my eyes need to pay double?

Hi Okelaye,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
Your question is very account specific and we would be unable to tell you why this has happened over a public forum. I would suggest contacting us via Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK/, Twitter - @AskPayPal, email or phone and we would be happy to advise.
