Money Not Released

Why do I have to wait for my funds to be released?  The item has been delivered by UPS and the buyer left feedback - why do I still have to wait a week?

If you are talking about ebay transactions then feedback does not count for payment release.

Normally its when the tracking number shows delivery of the item to the buyer + 3 days.

Yeah, that is what customer service told me as well.  Plus, he was able to do a one time courtesy for me on the one item that was delivered and verified.  Thanks!
