If a sender reverses the charges, does a chained payment get reversed too?

Given the traditional S -> P -> R1 model (sender, primary, receiver1)
If the sender reverses the charges (using his cc provider), would the P->R1 charges still stand or be reverted, too?
Thank you

Hello Kernowlass,
I'm refering to Adaptive payments, and in this particular case, chained payments.
This is where you can have a primary receiver receive x ammount of money, and any number of secondary receivers another ammount.
I'm wondering if charge reversals (CC reversals) will impact the secondary receivers, or if the charges are only reversed for the primary.
I suspect it's only the primary, because that's how refunds work, but I'm not 100% sure.
Thank you.
