How can a buyer ask for a refund when it says no refund on the Invoice?

I'm really upset as I sold some beads to two people on Face Book. They are now asking for a refund when they agreed to the pictures and agreed on the price. They are both saying the beads were not the right size. But I know they were and they emailed me saying Thank you that they got the beads and were happy with them. I am wondering what to do as I did everything by sending pictures, descriptions. They knew the beads were just part of the De-stash group and now complaining about the quality or size of the beads. I did write No Refund on the Invoice. Can they get a refund for something they agreed to. I feel that they are trying to get something for free here off me. Shipping fees I did not include on the invoice, so I saved them money.  I just hate to think people are trying to back stab and get things for free. They were all  high quality beads as described and which they agreed to.

Your 'refund' policy only covers 'buyer remorse'.

Paypals refund policy trumps yours for 'item received but not as described'.

Having said that they should not get the item for free as 'if and only if' paypal find in their favour then they would have to send them back to you 'trackable' to prove delivery before you have to issue a refund.

If the buyer opens / ed a dispute then you can put all your info into that dispute and wait and see if you or the buyer wins.

If the buyer wins then they may change their mind about a refund if they learn that they have to return the items at their own expense first.

Good luck.
