I havent been selling on Ebay for that long but already sick of problems getting my payments released. I have 3 payments that should according to Paypal rules have been released as I have received positive feedback. I am a single parent this is my living that PP are playing about with, I NEED MY MONEY FOR ME AND MY CHILD TO PAY BILLS AND BUY FOOD> REALLY REALLY peed off about this
PayPal Customer Services can manually lift payments on hold once the criteria is met, you would have to call them for this to happen. You can get the contact details here.
