HOW DO WE CONTACT SOMEONE AT PayPal???????

I can't beleive that a website for such a large company as Paypal would have a non functioning Contact Us webpage. I see from scanning some of the psts here that it has been like that for a while. This makes me think that not everything is above board at Paypal and yet we trust them with our bank accounts and credit cards. What is going on. My account was put in a negative balance because money was withdrawn on a transaction that was cancelled and the money was never returned to my account. I tried to submit a Probleem Resolution for that transaction but because it says that it was cancelled it won'T allow me to submit a claim. And ofcourse the Contact Us page which is supposed to have a phone number does not even allow you to post anything. This is VERY UNACCEPTIBLE. I want someone from Paypal to contact me at my email address or I am going to cancel my Paypal account.

both paypal and email do make it hard to contact them (first time i had to toke a few hours to find it)

if not click the email tab (tho i would advise calling them since they email team just tell you they cant go in to details of claims and to call anyways)
