I can't beleive that a website for such a large company as Paypal would have a non functioning Contact Us webpage. I see from scanning some of the psts here that it has been like that for a while. This makes me think that not everything is above board at Paypal and yet we trust them with our bank accounts and credit cards. What is going on. My account was put in a negative balance because money was withdrawn on a transaction that was cancelled and the money was never returned to my account. I tried to submit a Probleem Resolution for that transaction but because it says that it was cancelled it won'T allow me to submit a claim. And ofcourse the Contact Us page which is supposed to have a phone number does not even allow you to post anything. This is VERY UNACCEPTIBLE. Why should I have to contact Paypal (they do not have 24/7 phone coverage) to set up a US currency credit card on my Canadian Paypal account? When registering a credit card there should be an option to indicate which currency the credit card uses. This seems like an obvious missing option (or perhaps done deliberately to get the conversion fees) and has resulted in my US credit card charge to be converted twice and thus incurring conversion fees twice.
