Right so i sent a pair heels to some girl, i have proof of postage and proof she recieved them as she sent me a message saying she did, her paypal got hacked and so they refunded her the money she sent me and probably the same from others, she sent the money via friends and family so it wont let me open a dispute, ive tried calling up for help but the stupid phone service doesnt work, ive tried emailing the girl but she is ignoring me and i want my money back, she paid £17 for the shoes, how can i get my money back from her?

OK firstly i would not tell paypal that you as a seller asked a buyer to pay via the family / friends route as you are not allowed to sell using that option. By using it you are evading paying paypals fee and they are not keen on that.

Secondly proof of postage does not mean she received them, paypal ONLY accept a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyer, messages don't count.

Lastly if her account was hacked then the person that received the shoes may not have been the account holder, so in that case the account holder deserves her money back BUT if you met all the criteria of seller protection you would not have missed out either.

Unfortunately for many reasons, only 2 i have listed above you did not meet seller protection.

Paypal won't refund you and you can't force the account holder or the buyer to re-pay you.
