Account suspension

Hello, I'ver just received a very convincing email telling me that my PayPal account has been suspended. How do I find out if this is genuine ?

Ignore the email and DO NOT log into your paypal account via any link in it.

Go and log into your paypal account normally, if you log in and see nothing when you log in then your account is fine.

You will know an email is not from PayPal when:

•The email uses a generic greeting like 'Dear user' or 'Hello, PayPal member’.
•The email requests financial and other personal information.
•The email includes an attachment, a software update to install on your computer.

Send it to spoof@paypal.com for confirmation if still worried.
