A buyer purchased an item off me on gumtree and I have been waiting 7 days for the funds. I have contacted PayPal several times and not recieved the money!! Scam artists! This is the worst. It it illegal to withhold money that is owed to me. What do I do next and what action do I take to ensure I get the money now? Please help!
