I have used ebay for years and buy and have 5+ paypal transactions a month but I have just bought something and its on PayPal hold. My message says:-
''Regulations require us to take a closer look at some transactions. Your payment is temporarily pending while we review it.'' There is plenty of money in my paypal account, the payment is in the same curancy as my funds in PayPal? What is going on?
