Hi micktee1009,
Welcome to the Community Forum! Your payment would normally be released automatically after the estimated delivery date has passed. However, we can get the funds released for you manually if you can contact Customer Support directly with your tracking information showing delivery.
I'd also advise adding your tracking number to the PayPal transaction details if you haven't already done this. Here’s how to add your tracking information to the transaction:
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
- Click ‘History’ near the top of the page.
- Find the relevant transaction.
- Click ‘Details.’
- Click ‘Add Tracking Info’ under ‘Postage’ near the bottom of the page.
- Complete the required information on the ‘Enter Tracking Information and Order Status’ page.
- Click ‘Save.’
You can find our contact details by clicking on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any page when logged in. Alternatively, you can contact us via Facebook (www.facebook.com/PayPalUK) or Twitter (@AskPayPal) for assistance.
Hope this helps,
Sophie

Thanks Sophie,
The tracking info was automatically input as I bought through paypal.
I have just sent an email, but its not the end of the world if I have to wait an extra week. I'm new to this so was just curious to how it all works.
Thanks again
Mike
