I sold an item on eBay and chose to print postage label through PayPal. I went for the Parcel Force Express 48 and all the tracking info was automatically input. It has an estimated delivery time of 9 days (not sure how that works). The item got delivered today, after 3 days. Will the payment held stay at estimated + 3 days or go to actual delivery + 3 days?
