I have a payments pending in ebay - ebay says payment has been received but when I log into Paypal there have been no recent transactions. If I click on claim payment in ebay it takes me to paypal but asks me to create an account when I already have a verified account. I have logged into my paypal account andc it says verify email address i have done that already so i clicked on the the link to verify it again and there is no email coming through?so why are the funds not in my account now????
Can someone look into this asap please? Until its resolved I do not feel happy about dispatching the items sold.
