If my payments are still held I will not be able to pay E bay.  Is the E bay invoice due about now? and please answer my first question

Hi jacksinfan123, 

If your payments are still on hold on your PayPal account, these funds will not be available for use to pay eBay fees. In relation to when eBay fees are due I would recommend that you review your seller account on your eBay account and it will show you when you will be invoiced.
