Buyer refunded but he did not send back my item,

Buyer did a claim to get a refund, as i had no access to that email account, ( hosting i used expired )

so did not see case. so could not deal with it in a timely manner.

paypal refunded buyer but i believe paypal are meant to wait for item to be sent back and received before releasing money.

Item not receieved no contact from buyer, Ebay are no help, paypal refused my appeal even though i only wanted item back, but stillno help.

what help do paypal actually offer sellers, as im due paypal money, and out of pocket for my Item which was costly.

i have sent many emails but no reply, it feels like you take the fees and say stuff the seller. 

i want my item back, or paypal can resolve my balance.

I feel your pain.. similar thing here. buyer claimed not authorised, paypal refunds, refused to send item back to me even when offered p&p cost. Refused to confirm a cancel sale on ebay so i could get my fees back... now has 25negs in 1 month - Yet both ebay and paypal refuse to answer my emails. Im a silver powerseller and top rated, yet still treated like **bleep**.
