Hello,
I sold a £90 tshirt through eBay and the next day after the buyer received the tshirt (Royal Mail tracked & signed for), the buyer has issued a chargeback and the dispute reason is 'Charge not recognised'.
What can I do to either get my money back from a negative in paypal?
If I upload my tracking information will this be good enough?
Please help.

Chargebacks are not covered by PayPal. U might want to sent a message via eBay to this buyer could be an honest error not knowing it was ur order.

Thanks for your reply.
I got an email this morning from Paypal, I got my money back!
They actually stated that I did everything required of seller protection and that’s why I got my money back! So happy, I definitely expected to bizarrely lose this!
