Hi,
Had a chargeback notification for a service I provided a couple of months ago (not physical goods). Contacted the person to check the issue and they had just not recognised the transaction when checking their accounts and reported it as unauthorised. They've offered to repay the amount but I don't know how to clear up the dispute itself.
Reading what I can find online I get the impression if it's not reversed through the resolution centre I'll end up with a fee. How do we sort it out?
