Money Pending.

Just sold a few things recently on my Car Club Forum. Now everything has gone perfectly with what ive sold and money ive received until my last parcel.

Guy paid for the parcel and arranged his own courier to collect the item which was fine by me.

However my money is still sitting in the pending account and has been since April 21st the parcel was collected on the 25th.

Just wondering how long its still going to be sitting in the pending account?

i've insisted  to customer service after i got the feedback and after those 72 hours had passed .

i feel schamed !

Feedback does not count for payment release.

Funds are generally released 7 days after you have marked the item as sent.

Disgusting, Paypal you should be ashamed, there quick enough to take there cut of the money yet we have to wait, my account is closed once I receive my money, Paypal waste of time & a rip off.

PayPal is becoming more ridiculous. I sold two phones one for a colleague and shipped and delivered. One I had to send it by special delivery and paid £13.40 for a Saturday delivery. One has given a feedback saying she is happy with the phone and more than 3 days the money is still pending. I have been in eBay for more than 5 years and have over 220 positive feedback. I have sold and bought more expensive items than phones and had got only 1 return about 3 years ago. Payment pending does not happen to me so why then? I called customer service and the lady told me I have to wait till August 3 because I have to wait 7 days when the item is marked as sent. Do they write the rules as the go or what. Why this noe on my account. This is turning into ridiculous.

No they don't make them up, they are clearly stated on ebay and paypal  >>>

That is tfue i have sold many items i have provided proof and still my money is kept on hold. So basicaly i made purchases but didnt recieve any money. This whole ebay and paypal thing is coming redicuiols. Normaly you sell an item and you recieve money simple as that.

It's infuriating and quite blatantly a scam..... imagine how much money they make in interest by holding everyones money for 7+ days.... I'm sure it mounts up over the year(s)

If its a scam then its one that you agreed to when you ok'd the user agreement when you opened your paypal account.

But if you don't want to go through the new seller hold like EVERY OTHER seller on ebay including myself has done then you don't have to use ebay or paypal do you, just close your accounts?
