Why?
Why am I paying anyone any amount of money when I didn't ship the item, the buyer claimed unathorized purchase a few hours after payment, and I refunded. Now I have -0.87 in my balance (paypal fee?) and can't use paypal to buy anything. I already contacted support about this, got an automated email, sent them another email to get past the automated message, and now I figure I'll post here.
Absolute nonsense. Paypal takes their fee, I issue the buyer a refund, and paypal demands I front the money they wrongfully took?
How about paypal give the buyer back what they took?
