Will i get my money?

Today i sold an item to a guy in usa and i receieved email that would have the payment soon. So i dispatched the item. Shortly after the buyer has blocked me on all forms of communication, can he cancel the payment? He paid with e-cheque if that helps.

Sorry but you should NEVER ship an item until the funds are showing in your paypal account balance.

Echeques can fail if the seller does not have enough funds in their bank account to fund their paypal payment.

Also in your paypal account it would have not said it was safe to ship yet.
