Adding tracking number on dispute ?

Hi. I recently sold an item on eBay and funds have been put on hold as they claim not to have reviewed item. I do have tracking number and wondered how to add t on PayPal so my funds are released. Thanks

Click on the word details in your paypal account next to the relevant transaction and scroll down > tracking number entry is on that page.
