1 payment on hold now another how many is enough

1 payment got put on hold that i thought was a scam to start off with now another payment on hold

its starting to become a joke as they can not specify why they have a hold on it

they must just copy and past the same message ive had 3 replies from paypal 3 diffrent people all saying the same thing

how can paypal charge us for using there services and then keep hold of my money

i should charge them for the interest on payments they have

they say 21 days

but if you want to open a dispute that has to be done within 14 days 😞 to be honest it doesnt add up

Hi -

 

I know how you feel.  It seems that all the protection goes to the dishonest or defaulting buyer, and none goes to the honest and compliant seller. 

 

Do you ever wonder if Paypal is actually about to go under or something?  I have emailed so many times in the last 6 days that I have actually lost count. All I ever get are irrelevant, generic, automated responses.

 

I have tried phoning in office hours, and after jumping through endless automated hoops you get a message telling you to phone back in office hours.

 

I have tried having a live chat - you get a message saying this is no longer available.

 

Mmm, maybe we should all transfer our balances out of Paypal just in case they're about to blow.

 

It definitely seems that all their staff have abandoned ship and left it to the computers they've left behind. 

 

I'm completely put off Paypal.  eBay is no better - they don't want to know.  

 

Anyone know of an eBay-type web-based thing which doesn't insist on Paypal?  I'll do anything to get out of using them, even if it means transferring all my sales out of eBay and into somewhere else.
